By the decree of this license, the associated Work (defined as all released material by 
the Creator distributed under this license, including but not limited to documentation, images,
code, and 'propaganda') is hereby declared to the Public Domain. The Creator (defined 
as the person or entity applying said license to said Work) hereby allows modification, 
distribution, and usage of said Work for any reason or purpose, in any field of use, in 
any manner, and under any and all conditions permitted by applicable laws (informally known 
as 'anything, anywhere, always and forever'.). The Creator does not retain any rights related 
or implied to said Work to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

In jurisdictions where the term 'Public Domain' is not recognized or enforced, said Work
is hereby licensed under a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license
permitting all above cases under the terms described below.

The Creator of said Work grants a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive patent license
to any recipient of said Work, allowing them to make, use, sell, import, and otherwise
practice said Work, but only to the extent such patent claims are necessarily
infringed by said Work or by the combination of said Work with contributions provided
by the Creator of said Work. This patent license cannot be revoked at any point for
any reason to the absolute fullest extent permitted by applicable law unless explicitly
allowed by the license.

This patent license shall not apply to any person who initiates patent litigation 
alleging that said Work or any portion thereof infringes a patent. Said license 
shall terminate at the date said litigation is filed.

Said Work is provided 'as-is' without any form of warranty of any manner, express or
implied, including but not limited to function or accuracy.

The Creator shall not be held liable for any damages or liability arising from said
Work in any form for any reason to the highest
extent allowed by applicable law.

Nothing in this license shall be interpreted as creation of any obligation, duty of 
care, or representation of safety, suitability, reliability or function of 
said Work for any use under any case.

This license cannot be revoked at any point for any reason to the absolute fullest 
extent permitted by applicable law.

This license explicitly does not grant trademark rights, express or implied.

If any provision of this license is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions
shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
